AI⋅there with extended context, new appendices, and note templates on the web

AI⋅there can now include document attachments in its context — just use @ to reference them, the same way you would any other document. Other documents in your organization can also be added to the context the same way.

The list of available AI models has been simplified to focus on the most effective options, particularly for agentic tasks.

Appendices

Attachments are now called appendices. You can create an appendix directly from a link (a there.do document or any external URL) and reference it in your document with @appendix. The section previously called "Files" has been renamed "Appendices".

Note templates on the web

Select a template to pre-fill your note directly from the web. Templates let you get started faster by applying a predefined structure to your document. To create or customize your templates, go to your organization settings and open "Note templates".

Improvements

• AI suggestion to convert a table into a business block (tasks, attendance, progress) via the block handle "Convert to", or from the suggestion menu by selecting content and using "Ask AI", with improved conversion during transformations

• Date block: trigger the date picker by typing @ followed by two digits and /, and see the week number in the calendar

• Header and footer: easily save images as logos to reuse them, with the most recent ones appearing first

• Tagline and subtitle now inherit the title's alignment

• A H1 heading can be promoted to the document title when no title is set

• Clicking + inserts a blank line without adding an unexpected /

• Incorrect rounded corners on merged table cells

• Page break between a parent task and its first subtask

• DOCX import: meeting report creation failure

• Floating table of contents: some document headings were not detected

• Display bug for popups appearing beneath the new features banner
