What's new

What's new

Sharing emails now pick up your company's colors and logo, for a more professional look that's always on brand.

A new preview feature lets you see exactly what the email will look like before it's sent. And a proof-of-sending receipt now keeps a record of the recipient list, the email content, and the PDF as they were at the moment of sending.

Send documents from your own Gmail

Connect your Gmail account in settings to share documents directly from your own Gmail address. As with Outlook, sending from your own mailbox means losing read tracking, automatic reminders, auto-lock, scheduled sending, and guest comments. This feature is available from the Business plan.

Duplicate a task across multiple companies

A task involving multiple companies can now be created once and duplicated to each of them, keeping the original status, dates, and reference. Each duplicate remains identifiable through a source indicator, making it easy to trace back to the original task.

Improvements
  • The style of new-content markers can now be customized

  • The coloring of added text can be turned on or off in tracked changes

  • A template can now be locked to prevent accidental changes from other members of the organization

  • A chapter heading can now be mentioned in the document with @Heading

  • A section between 2 headings of the same level can be duplicated

  • A section between 2 headings of the same level can be declined for each group listed in attendance

  • Photos added to a document are now smaller by default to optimize page count

  • Company group mentions are now better recognized on docx import, with a default icon

  • Job titles are now removed from contact mentions, showing only the name

  • AI block conversion no longer alters the original text, formatting, or style (bold, italics, lists, colors)

Bug fixes
  • The Mod-Enter (Cmd/Ctrl+Enter) shortcut works again in chat, notes, and email editors

  • An attendance group's name no longer appears blank

  • "Select all" no longer includes the document's header and footer

  • The divider line above the first task in a list has been removed

  • Focus on the folder/document rename field works correctly again

  • The document link is now placed before the signature when sending from the Outlook plugin

Bug fixes
  • Fixed undo and redo reliability in the collaborative report editor, which could cause a crash or trigger unintended actions

New mobile app

The There mobile app has been redesigned from the ground up: a new home screen with a simplified navigation bar, a welcome screen for new users, a reworked note creation flow, and a redesigned notes list for more clarity. Audio recording now uses a new floating bar that stays visible in the background while you keep taking notes. Download the new app

Share your documents from your own mail client

You can now share a document directly from your own email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail...) instead of going through There. Just click on the sender to switch to your own mail client. The email opens pre-filled with the list of recipients marked for distribution in the report, letting you draft the message with AI assistance and then insert the sharing link directly, a more efficient approach than attaching a PDF. A There link keeps mailboxes lighter, cuts down on unnecessary copies, and is easier to read than a PDF.

Sending from your own mail client does mean giving up a few There features: read tracking, guest comments, automatic reminders, scheduled sending, and automatic lock.

On top of that, a new button lets you copy the sharing link in one click. Integrations (OneDrive, Mezzoteam, Resolving, Kroqi) have been folded into the share window for a single, unified interface: a "+ Set up an integration" button lets you enable them directly from there. These integrations remain available from the Business plan.

Improvements
  • Annexes are now automatically duplicated when duplicating a document template

  • Reduced margin below tables and removal of the trailing blank line in compact PDF exports

  • Ability to edit a comment's public or private visibility after it has been created

Bug fixes
  • Fixed a lost audio recording on a voice note and an incorrect transcription after recording

  • Fixed an empty gallery block that could not be selected to add a comment

  • Fixed enhanced notes not updating when switching templates, and failed AI enhancements not being retried

  • Fixed incorrect label colors displaying in the Attendance block after refreshing the page

  • Fixed the inability to create a meeting series when an AI-imported meeting block had an invalid date

  • Fixed a forbidden error when adding a guest to a team folder

  • Fixed notification emails not being received by Microsoft accounts

Send your there documents directly to OneDrive. From the sharing panel, export your document as a PDF and deposit it into a OneDrive folder in your organization, in a single action without leaving the app.

This integration is available from the Business plan.

Comments Closer to the Content

Comments now appear directly in the margin, anchored to the content they refer to. Close the side panel to see them displayed next to the document, as close as possible to the commented text or block.

You can also select multiple blocks at once to attach a single comment spanning the entire selection. User suggestions when using mentions (@) have been improved to find collaborators more easily. Comments do not affect revision tracking: adding or resolving a comment is not counted as a content modification.

Improvements
  • Presence block - the email field in attendance sheets now accepts long addresses without being truncated

  • Mobile - photos inserted in a note can now be pinched to zoom

  • Mobile - improved audio recording reliability: recordings interrupted by a crash or unexpected app closure are automatically recovered when the app is reopened

Bug fixes
  • Fixed a critical bug on mobile preventing notes from being created or loaded

  • Fixed a content loss issue when manually editing a note immediately after AI enhancement on mobile

  • Fixed an Android keyboard that would reopen unexpectedly when swiping back

  • Fixed block misalignment in the diff view during PDF export

  • Fixed a bug when creating a follow-up document on a document with a tagline in the title

  • Fixed a false draft warning shown when sharing by email with an empty recipient field

Comments gain three new capabilities. Set a comment's visibility: internal, restricted to members with editing rights, or public, accessible to all document recipients. Mention a collaborator with @ to send them an email notification directly from the comment thread. When duplicating a document, unresolved comments are automatically copied along with the content.

One-Click Note Sharing

Clicking the share button on a note automatically copies the public read-only link to your clipboard. Available on web and mobile.

Improvements
  • / block menu — Advanced prefill blocks (Progress tracking, Quantity, Table) are now grouped in a dedicated "Advanced blocks" section, separate from basic blocks

  • Prefill from headings — Tables can now be prefilled from H1 to H4 headings found in the document, from the block's Headings section

Bug fixes
  • Fixed display errors on AI⋅there-enhanced notes on mobile (white screen on audio notes, images failing to load)

  • Fixed note-into-document merge that was failing silently

  • Fixed automatic phone number formatting for Swiss numbers in the attendance block

  • Fixed misaligned icon in callout blocks on PDF export when a highlight border is present

The follow-up panel has been fully redesigned. Your sends are now grouped as a list in the Activity section — click any entry to view the email exactly as your recipients received it.

Scheduled sends remain editable from this panel: you can update their content, reschedule their delivery, or cancel them before they go out. Automatic follow-ups are also visible and manageable in the same place.

Improvements
  • Guest comments – When sharing a document, you can now disable comments for external recipients. By default, guests can still view and leave comments, as before.

  • PDF export – Improved reliability of PDF downloads, which were failing in certain cases.

Bug fixes
  • Fixed mobile image management: deleting images and editing captions are both working again

  • Fixed a cursor jump to end-of-line when editing a phone number or email address in the presence block

Type / to insert a pre-filled block from a group (e.g. companies), a project's appendices, or any list values: table, progress block, quantity block. Rows are generated all at once — nothing to fill in manually.

In a table, enter a value on one list entry — a selector, a date — and There suggests applying it across all rows: each entry inherits the same field, ready to be filled in.

New shortcuts: /Headcount, /Status, /Penalties and /Agreement to generate the corresponding block directly from the attendance block.

Image rotation in gallery blocks

You can now rotate photos directly inside a gallery block. After inserting an image, a rotation option is available from the image menu, with no need to edit the file beforehand.

Document transformation as a service

A new option is now offered when creating a document: transform an existing meeting report into the there format. The first transformation is free. Additional ones are available through a 99 € offer, accessible directly from the product.

Improvements
  • Appendices — Attachments can now be renamed from the side panel, through a dedicated menu with rename and delete options

  • Create a follow-up — Tasks with a "cancelled" status are now archived when creating a follow-up, just like completed tasks

Bug fixes
  • Fixed an error blocking note improvement through AI⋅there

  • Fixed a significant delay when deleting documents in organizations with a large number of documents

AI⋅there can now include document attachments in its context — just use @ to reference them, the same way you would any other document. Other documents in your organization can also be added to the context the same way.

The list of available AI models has been simplified to focus on the most effective options, particularly for agentic tasks.

Appendices

Attachments are now called appendices. You can create an appendix directly from a link (a there.do document or any external URL) and reference it in your document with @appendix. The section previously called "Files" has been renamed "Appendices".

Note templates on the web

Select a template to pre-fill your note directly from the web. Templates let you get started faster by applying a predefined structure to your document. To create or customize your templates, go to your organization settings and open "Note templates".

Improvements
  • AI suggestion to convert a table into a business block (tasks, attendance, progress) via the block handle "Convert to", or from the suggestion menu by selecting content and using "Ask AI", with improved conversion during transformations

  • Date block: trigger the date picker by typing @ followed by two digits and /, and see the week number in the calendar

  • Header and footer: easily save images as logos to reuse them, with the most recent ones appearing first

  • Tagline and subtitle now inherit the title's alignment

  • A H1 heading can be promoted to the document title when no title is set

  • Clicking + inserts a blank line without adding an unexpected /

Bug fixes
  • Incorrect rounded corners on merged table cells

  • Page break between a parent task and its first subtask

  • DOCX import: meeting report creation failure

  • Floating table of contents: some document headings were not detected

  • Display bug for popups appearing beneath the new features banner

  • AI⋅there: crash when mentioning a document containing a quantity block

  • AI⋅there: missing instruction for an unrecognized block type

  • Document duplication: error for some users

  • Notes shared at organization level: images were not visible

  • Mobile app: white screen on launch
