Personalize your sharing emails with a professional signature. Create your signature in the organization settings with your contact information, company logo, and details. Your signature will be automatically applied when sharing documents by email.
The signature can be modified at any time when you share a document, and changes are automatically saved. A reset button allows you to quickly return to default values. This feature is available starting from the Pro plan.

Archive completed tasks
Keep your documents organized by hiding completed tasks. When duplicating a document, archived tasks remain hidden by default, allowing you to start fresh while preserving the complete history.
You can display archived tasks or unarchive them at any time in case of error. Archiving improves readability without losing any information.

Planned and actual dates in Progress block
Track your project progress precisely with planned and actual dates. Add for each progress category:
Planned start date and planned end date
Actual start date and actual end date
Actual dates are created automatically: the start date when you go from 0% to x%, and the end date when you reach 100%. You can also enter them manually.
A "D+X" or "D-X" indicator displays the delay in days between planned and actual dates, allowing you to quickly identify delays or advances. An option lets you show or hide these dates as needed.

Table of contents customization
Adapt the table of contents display to your needs with the new depth setting. You can now choose to display only level 1 headings (H1), levels 1 and 2 (H1, H2), or all three levels (H1, H2, H3) by default.
The setting is accessible directly from the table of contents toolbar and applies instantly. This option helps simplify navigation in long documents by focusing on main sections, while keeping the ability to show all heading levels when needed.

Shared template import
Once your account is created, you can now import a shared template directly into your organization. When viewing a public template on the website, a button allows you to import it with one click to use in your workspace.
This feature streamlines onboarding and lets you start quickly with pre-configured templates, whether empty or pre-filled with sample content.
Improvements
AI Icon – Replaced the magic wand icon with a more modern and refined sparkles icon throughout the interface
Task tracking block – Added types (Information, Decision, Task) and enriched statuses adapted to each type. Information can be marked "For the record", decisions can be Proposed, Approved, or Cancelled, and tasks have complete statuses: To do, Deferred, In progress, Blocked, Done, Validated, or Cancelled. Overdue deadlines are highlighted with a weekly reminder counter
Bug fixes
Fixed mobile synchronization issues. Notes created on mobile are now properly synced to the web platform
Resolved interface display issues: document text is now correctly visible up to the navigation edge, the AI bar no longer displays twice on mobile, and the page URL correctly shows the document title
Fixed scrolling in the email sharing modal when a large number of emails are available
Improved block copy/paste: dates and percentages from the completion block are now included when copying to Excel, and table headers copied from ChatGPT are properly formatted
Fixed the display of overdue dates for already completed tasks, avoiding the impression of delay
Resolved system errors including conflicts during media uploads, note deletion errors, and correct document counter updates
