Personalize your sharing emails with a professional signature. Create your signature in the organization settings with your contact information, company logo, and details. Your signature will be automatically applied when sharing documents by email.

The signature can be modified at any time when you share a document, and changes are automatically saved. A reset button allows you to quickly return to default values. This feature is available starting from the Pro plan.

Archive completed tasks

Keep your documents organized by hiding completed tasks. When duplicating a document, archived tasks remain hidden by default, allowing you to start fresh while preserving the complete history.

You can display archived tasks or unarchive them at any time in case of error. Archiving improves readability without losing any information.

Structure your documents with automatic title numbering. Enable numbering from any title or from the Style menu accessible via the "..." button at the top right of the document. Choose which title levels to number: H1, H2, H3, or H4, according to your needs.

Numbers adjust automatically when you reorganize your content, ensuring a consistently coherent and professional structure. This feature is available starting from the Pro plan.

Custom title colors

Set your title color once and it will be automatically preserved. No more repeating formatting for each new H1 title – your main color is memorized and applied automatically.

You can also now customize the text color of image captions, particularly useful for highlighting new remarks in your reports. This feature is available starting from the Pro plan.

Track your project progress precisely with planned and actual dates. Add for each progress category:

• Planned start date and planned end date

• Actual start date and actual end date

Actual dates are created automatically: the start date when you go from 0% to x%, and the end date when you reach 100%. You can also enter them manually.

A "D+X" or "D-X" indicator displays the delay in days between planned and actual dates, allowing you to quickly identify delays or advances. An option lets you show or hide these dates as needed.

Claude Haiku 4.5

WhatsApp sharing
