Automatic block pre-filling
Type / to insert a pre-filled block from a group (e.g. companies), a project's appendices, or any list values: table, progress block, quantity block. Rows are generated all at once — nothing to fill in manually.
In a table, enter a value on one list entry — a selector, a date — and There suggests applying it across all rows: each entry inherits the same field, ready to be filled in.
New shortcuts: /Headcount, /Status, /Penalties and /Agreement to generate the corresponding block directly from the attendance block.
Image rotation in gallery blocks
You can now rotate photos directly inside a gallery block. After inserting an image, a rotation option is available from the image menu, with no need to edit the file beforehand.
Document transformation as a service
A new option is now offered when creating a document: transform an existing meeting report into the there format. The first transformation is free. Additional ones are available through a 99 € offer, accessible directly from the product.
Improvements
Appendices — Attachments can now be renamed from the side panel, through a dedicated menu with rename and delete options
Create a follow-up — Tasks with a "cancelled" status are now archived when creating a follow-up, just like completed tasks
