Folder suggestions ahead of meetings, and mobile note filters

Ahead of a scheduled meeting, There can now suggest recording your voice note directly into the right folder, from the mobile app. The suggestion appears at the right moment: tap it to start recording with the note already attached to the folder, or swipe to dismiss it.

Advanced note filters on mobile

Find your notes more easily in the mobile app with new filters: status, visibility, creator, folder, source, and creation or update date. A badge shows how many filters are active, and you can now change a note's status directly from the editor toolbar, without going back to the list.

Improvements

• Navigation bar – The side navigation bar is now resizable

• Meeting end time – You can now remove a meeting's end time when its duration isn't known in advance

• Task block – The date and reference shown at the start of a line can now be hidden, freeing up width for content

• Labels – Labels can now be reordered by drag and drop

• AI turn into – The "Turn into a business block" action has been renamed "Turn into an attendance list" to better reflect its purpose

Bug fixes

• Android mobile – Fixed saving photos to the library

• Mobile audio and media – Fixed a media download failure on iOS caused by an expired authentication token, along with crashes when recording and playing back voice notes on Android

• Interface – Fixed the size of the home screen buttons, the label color swatch, and the attendance list row handle, now visible on iPad

• Editor – Fixed the drag handle flickering, menus staying open incorrectly, and slow navigation in large documents

• Task block – Fixed the AI transformation from a table to a task block when some tasks had no label

• Reliability – Fixed a homepage crash caused by a malformed language header sent by some browsers or bots
