Gmail sending, automatic blue highlighting for new content, and plan updates.
Send documents from Gmail
Connect your Google account to There to send documents directly from your own Gmail address, instead of a generic There address. Your recipients receive an email that genuinely comes from you, which you can find in your Gmail sent mail as proof of delivery.
In return, per-recipient reading tracking is not retained. This feature is available from the Business plan.
Automatic blue highlighting for new content
When creating a follow-up document, new task text is automatically highlighted in blue. This makes it easier for stakeholders to spot what has been added since the previous document.
Plan updates
PDF export is no longer included in the free plan. In return, document styling with your own colours, font, and document header is now available for free.
Sharing documents with stakeholders for viewing is also free. The choice of language model in Ask AI is now available from the Team plan, including when asking the AI⋅there agent.
