Proof PDF
Generate a proof PDF report covering a shared document's full history: every email related event (received, opened, failed, marked as spam) and every document event that occurred after locking (opened, signed, commented, downloaded, attachments downloaded) is logged. The PDF embeds a fingerprint of the content at the moment of locking, guaranteeing that the tracked document hasn't been altered since.
Document sorting
Sort your documents in the sidebar tree using three modes: manual, date, or alphabetical (A-Z). The sort mode is a personal preference, specific to each user.
Completion & Quantity block
Add an expected quantity target on your tracking rows, for example to compare headcount present against headcount planned, or a material count against an order. The expected value displays alongside the entered value, with a graphical representation of completion in addition to the text display. Editing stays as simple as today, directly inline.
