Reminders in documents and redesigned onboarding

@Reminder in documents

You can now create reminders directly in your documents by typing @reminder. A menu lets you choose between different levels: simple reminder, x2, x3, or penalizable delay. Reminders are displayed in red and bold from x2 onwards, making it easy to spot items that need your attention.

This feature is especially useful in follow-up documents: each time a new continuation is created, the reminder is automatically carried over and its indentation date updated. You can track the evolution of a commitment over time, continuation after continuation.

Redesigned onboarding

The onboarding flow for new users has been completely redesigned to put the mobile app at the heart of the experience. From account creation, you're guided to download the app and personalize your workspace with your organization's colors and logo, with the option to skip these steps if needed.
