Organization-shared notes
Share your notes with all members of your organization with a single click. Organization-shared notes now appear in the notes list for all members, both on the web interface and mobile.
This feature greatly facilitates information reporting from the field. Your teams can now use the mobile application to quickly capture photos or record voice notes on site, and share them instantly with the entire organization. No need to wait until returning to the office to transmit important site information.
A clear visual indicator allows you to quickly identify the visibility of each note. Easily filter your notes by visibility (personal or organization-shared) to quickly find what you need. A warning message informs you when multiple people are simultaneously working on the same note to avoid conflicts.
Quick table extension
Save time when creating your tables with the new extension buttons. Now add multiple rows or columns with a single click instead of adding them one by one. This improvement significantly simplifies the formatting of your tables, particularly useful for documents with large amounts of data to structure.
