Smart Kroqi metadata entry
Kroqi codification is pre-filled based on the last upload in the project. For a series of meeting minutes, only the sequence number and meeting date change; all other fields are pre-filled.
Distribution managed from There
Recipients, with or without notification, are selected from There. Kroqi project distribution lists are accessible via auto-completion. Companies receive their Kroqi notifications as usual. Kroqi manages governance to ensure strict compliance with roles and permissions.

How to use
Implementation requires no technical intervention. The user configures the connector once from their there.do account.
Get your Kroqi API token
In your Kroqi space, generate an access token from your profile settings. This token is personal and valid across all workspaces you can access.Paste the token in There
In Account → Integrations → Kroqi, paste your token. There instantly verifies the connection and loads your Kroqi project list.Distribute your first report
From any document in There, click on "Send via Kroqi". The fields are pre-filled. Validate. The document is sent to your Kroqi space.
This integrations is available starting from the Business plan on there. An active Kroqi account is needed.
