Mezzoteam codification is pre-filled based on the last upload to the project. For a series of meeting minutes, only the sequence number and meeting date change; all other fields remain locked : Project, Nature, Issuer, Trade / Specialty, Type, Building, Sequence No., Meeting date…
Distribution managed from there
Recipients, with or without notification, are selected from there. Mezzoteam project distribution lists are accessible via auto-complete. Companies receive their notifications from Mezzoteam as usual. Mezzoteam handles governance to ensure strict compliance with roles and permissions.

How to use
Implementation requires no technical intervention. The user configures the connector just once from their there.do account.
Retrieve your Mezzoteam API token
In your Mezzoteam workspace, generate an access token from your profile settings. This token is personal and valid across all workspaces you can access.Paste the token into there
In Settings → Integrations → Mezzoteam, paste your token. There instantly verifies the connection and loads your list of Mezzoteam projects.Distribute your first report
From any document in there, click on "Share via Mezzoteam". The fields are pre-filled. Validate. The document is uploaded, signed, and distributed.
This integrations is available starting from the Business plan on there. Access to the Mezzoteam API requires an active Mezzoteam workspace.
