OUTLOOK
New

Overview
Connect your Microsoft account to there.do to send your reports directly from your own Outlook address, no exporting or re-typing required. Your recipients get a message that genuinely comes from you, and you keep proof of sending in your Outlook "Sent" folder.
FEATURES
Outlook Integration for there.do
Secure Outlook connection
Microsoft authentication (OAuth). There.do never has access to your password.
Sent from your real address
The email is sent from your own Outlook inbox, not from notifications@there.do.
Automatically filed in your Sent items
Every document sent via Outlook appears in your Outlook history — easy proof of sending if you ever need it.
There.do formatting preserved
The document keeps its responsive rendering and dark mode, even when sent from Outlook.
No more double sending
No need to export a PDF and send a separate email alongside there.do. One action, one history.
Worth knowing
Sending from Outlook instead of there.do means you lose detailed per-recipient read tracking, automatic follow-ups, and reader comments on the document. For those use cases, sending directly through there.do is still recommended.
SETUP
How it works
No technical setup required. Users connect their account once, from their there.do account.
Connect your Microsoft account
Go to Account → Integrations → Outlook, then authorize access to your Microsoft account.Choose Outlook as your sender
In the sharing panel of a document, open the Sender section and select "Send from my Outlook".Send your document
Confirm sending: the email leaves from your address and instantly appears in your Outlook Sent items.
This integration is available on the Business plan. Access requires an active Microsoft / Outlook account.
